If Not Now, When?

A couple of items I keep forgetting to post:

• Marko Karppinen has found that all of 4.6% of the members of the W3C have standards compliant sites. That’s up from 3.7% last year. Way to go! ;-)
• Another silly lawsuit ends in victory for the good guys.
